Former co-founder and COO of EZRA. An experienced operator who scaled EZRA into one of the world's two largest enterprise coaching platforms, with enterprise clients including Microsoft, Coca-Cola and AstraZeneca. Prior to EZRA, Jack led a successful advisory practice, Venture Builder, helping the likes of John Lewis Partnership to launch new ventures. He started life in strategy consulting and venture capital.

Co-founder of Work.Life. An experienced operator who built and scaled one of the UK's top three co-working providers, growing it from a single London site in 2015 into a national, multi-site business with a reputation for customer experience and operational discipline. Prior to Work.Life, David began his career in institutional asset management at London & Capital, where he spent two years growing the business in the US. Across both, his focus has been fundraising, business development and strategic growth planning.
